Exploring the Sacred Role of Oskapeyos: A Path to Respectful Manhood Held in a traditional tipi setting, this session offers young men the opportunity to sit with a respected male Elder to learn the sacred role of the oskapeyos — the helper. Through storytelling and guidance, youth will explore what it means to live with honour, humility, and service. These teachings support their growth into responsible, respectful young men who uphold their roles as helpers to Elders, family, and community.
